Susan joined the Richards Group in November of 2019 and brings 30 years of experience with her.  She has always specialized in Commercial Insurance and has experience in all facets of the industry.  Her goal is to provide accurate, prompt information and outstanding customer service. 

Susan and Mike Yarosevich form a team based in the Keene, NH office.  They are actively expanding the reach of The Richards Group into Southern New Hampshire. They are able to help a large variety of businesses including manufacturers, contractors, property owners and restaurants.

Susan returned to New England after living many years in the Pacific Northwest.  She and her active family are enjoying exploring the forests and lakes of New Hampshire and Vermont. Susan is honored to be a 2020 inductee to the Hall of Fame at Quincy High School (MA) for women’s athletics.
