Missy began her insurance career in 1993 at the Bourdon Insurance Agency working with both personal and commercial clients in all aspects of insurance.  Through the acquisition in 2019, she joined The Richards Group Commercial Lines Account Manager Team in our Middlebury office.   A licensed Property and Casualty agent, Missy is responsible for providing advisory services and assisting her clients in the management of all their insurance needs.  She lives on the 70-acre family farm in Orwell, raising vegetables, poultry, and grass-fed beef.   In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family at their cabin in the woods and is an avid snowmobiler.
