Debra joined The Richards Group through the acquisition of Centurion Insurance in Hanover, NH in May 2018.

Debra’s unique skill set includes a focus on helping clients identify and manage the risks to their business effectively.    She is a Certified Risk Manager and provides guidance in risk identification and risk financing.

In addition, she has developed deep marketing expertise including complex placements and alternative funding mechanisms, enabling her to assist clients in achieving the most efficient insurance program.

She has served as Casualty Department Manager and Regional Compliance Officer for a national brokerage firm and worked as a Regional Marketing Manager and Senior Broker for several offices.  

In addition to the CRM designation, Debra holds a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter title.  She has earned a BA from Wellesley College as well as master’s degree in Management Science from Emmanuel College.  

Currently Deb serves on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Association of Insurance Agents and resides with her family in New London, NH.
