Jamie joined The Richards Group through the acquisition of Downey Insurance in 2013. She was a Personal Lines Account Manager prior to joining TRG’s Commercial Lines Department in 2015. As a licensed Property & Casualty agent, Jamie works with Rob Pattison cultivating and working with their clients to ensure all their insurance needs are met. Jamie holds her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation in Commercial Lines and is currently working towards her Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) designation. Prior to her insurance career, Jamie was a Real Estate Broker for 11 years.
