  • We’ve embraced workplace flexibility and have positions that are work from home, at an office, or a hybrid of both. We value being local to the communities we serve and are currently limiting our hiring to employees who live in VT, NH, NY & MA within driving distance to one of our 12 locations in VT and NH. New hires receive a tech package that allow us to provide outstanding service to our clients seamlessly between a virtual or in-office environment. Our offices continue to be a hub for training, teambuilding, and collaborative work. Additionally, all new hires receive a workstation stipend to ensure they have a comfortable and updated workspace.

  • Many positions at TRG require a license or designation. New to the insurance industry? No worries! We will provide you with all necessary study and prep materials as well as cover all related fees for materials and testing. We also pay for 100% of your continuing education, advanced licenses, designations or conferences associated with your career track. In addition to industry specific CE, you will also be enrolled in TRG University. TRG University is dedicated to providing our staff access to important topics that support overall advancement, personally and professionally. Recent courses have addressed positive thinking, leveraging technology, the virtual workplace, wellness and financial wellness. We also offer employees the opportunity to attend trainings such as traditional first aid and mental health first aid.
