The Richards Group Select Business Unit (SBU) is an experienced team of licensed employee benefits advisors who work with hundreds of small businesses and non-profit organizations in Vermont and New Hampshire. We practice a “360-degree” strategy that focuses on employee benefits in the broadest sense of the phrase. Our SBU provides the support, guidance, and training you need to successfully navigate the ever-changing healthcare reform landscape, as well as other legal and regulatory considerations.
