Stacy began her insurance career in 2000 at the Bourdon Insurance Agency in Middlebury, Vermont, working with personal and commercial clients.

Stacy joined The Richards Group as a Personal Lines Account Manager in October 2019 when Bourdon Insurance was acquired. In 2021, Stacy transitioned to our Commercial Lines department as an Account Manager in our Middlebury office.
