Erica joined The Richards Group as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in January of 2022 when Lawrence & Wheeler Insurance of Springfield, VT, was acquired. Erica started her insurance career part-time while she was a Junior in High School. She attended Springfield High School and joined Lawrence & Wheeler as a full-time staff member upon her graduation in June of 1988. Erica’s career began in Personal Lines, later transitioning to Commercial Insurance. Erica has a vast knowledge of the industry and has worked directly with her colleague Paul Kendall on commercial accounts for over 30 years.

In Erica’s free time, she enjoys exercising, live entertainment, spending time with family & friends, and visiting the beach in York, ME, whenever she can.
