Sharon joined The Richards Group in the fall of 2017 and brought with her over 30 years of insurance experience. Sharon has served in a variety of roles during her years in the industry, including many years in both Commercial and Personal Insurance, as well as some time spent handling Life, Health and Employee Benefits and has recently received her CIC designation.  She has 15 years of managerial experience, primarily in independent agency settings in Massachusetts. She is focused on exceptional service and bringing a strong operational and efficiency expertise to the Commercial Lines Team. Sharon manages Commercial Lines service staff for the entire agency and oversees our Claims Department.
