In the Business Development role at The Richards Group, Ed works closely with colleagues across all TRG divisions to develop business solutions for our clients. Prior to joining TRG, Ed has had Management, Business Development, Human Resources, and Organizational Development roles, within the Financial Services, Marketing, Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, and Craft Brewing industries. He has spent time working coast-to-coast at Merrill Lynch, Church & Main, Clarke Distributors, Wachusett Brewing Company, and IPG Employee Benefits.  A proven leader with a 25+ year career history of developing and executing strategies that deliver top and bottom-line results.

Ed’s breadth of experience and depth of understanding in a variety of industries make him uniquely qualified to successfully collaborate with all TRG divisions, clients, prospects, and markets.

Ed has strong community roots in Keene, NH where he has lived for nearly twenty years with his amazing wife Liz, daughters Isabel and Emily and their dog Callie. He is the Stonewall Farm Board of Directors President and a Certified Cicerone Beer Server. Ed enjoys mountain biking, hiking fishing, gardening, reading, and spending time with close friends.  He is a graduate of Boston University with a Finance and International Management focus.
