Amber joined The Richards Group as our receptionist in 2008 and transitioned into a Personal Lines Assistant. In 2012 she transferred into our Claims Department as a back-up, and took over that position full time in 2014. Amber is responsible for handling the claims for all lines of business– both Personal and Commercial, and assists our clients through the claims process acting as an advocate when dealing with the insurance company and claims adjuster. Her priority is making the claims process as smooth as possible. Amber holds her ACSR designation in both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines and will be working towards her AIC designation in the future. Amber is an avid softball player and will soon be learning how to adjust to life with kids in college.
