Lisa joined The Richards Group in March of 2021 as a Claims Specialist with thirty-eight years of extensive claims experience. Lisa has worked predominantly with two carriers, the most recent being Liberty Mutual. Her background and comprehensive history of handling personal and commercial lines go from basic to catastrophic. Lisa’s emphasis on training and coverage analysis gives our clients comfort when handling commercial auto claims.

Her background also includes management and line adjusting. She is licensed in most states, including but not limited to Vermont and New Hampshire.
