Lacey began her insurance career in 2004 after graduating from Norwich University. She joined The Richards Group in 2018 through the acquisition of Centurion Insurance Group and is a licensed Property & Casualty agent in Vermont and New Hampshire. In 2021 she obtained her Cyber COPE Insurance Certification (CCIC) and is The Richards Group’s in-house cyber specialist. In 2022 she obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Lacey works primarily with Rick Toland, and together, they are responsible for the development of commercial clients of all sizes throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. Lacey also works with Ben Fuller, and together they are partnering to create an Emergency Services Team. Lacey resides in Windsor, VT, and in her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Rob, and spending time with family and friends.
