Rose joined the Richards Group in February of 2023 in the role of Account Executive and works out of the Brattleboro, VT office. Prior to joining The Richards Group, Rose spent nine years as a Human Resources Manager in Vermont and Massachusetts. Rose received a B.S. in Health Communication with a concentration in Nutrition from Keene State College.

Aside from work, Rose can be found exploring nature with her husband and son, creating healthy meals, working with her 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue, playing with her two rescue dogs, or staying active in the gym and outdoors.
