Marci joined The Richards Group in 2022 as an Account Director. With over 21 years of Employee Benefits Consulting, Marci brings invaluable experience to our firm and clients. Marci is dedicated to assisting clients with their day-to-day human resources and employee benefits matters, as well as solving escalated employee concerns, and understanding the latest compliance regulations, market trends, and plan renewals.

Marci attended the University of South Florida, studying Business Administration. Ultimately, she and her family decided to settle down in South Florida and “hang up” the snow shovels . Before moving to Vermont in 2002 to be closer to family, taking the snow shovel out of retirement, she spent nine incredible years in San Francisco, where she worked as a Senior IT Recruiter for consulting firms in the Bay Area. She also became a consultant working onsite at Charles Schwab, assisting with their IT recruitment, both domestically and internationally. Throughout her tenure, Marci is a dedicated person to her family, friends, and clients, bringing a results-driven attitude to our firm.
