Lonn joined The Richards Group in September 2020. As a Senior Account manager Lonn supports Liz Coppola’s book of business, out of the Keene, NH office. He has more than 6 years of experience in Employee Benefits Administration.

Prior to joining TRG, he worked as the Benefits Specialist for Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH.

Lonn is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a dually accredited, Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration. Lonn is a SHRM Certified HR Professional, LEAN Six-Sigma Green Belt, and NH Justice of the Peace. Lonn holds a NH and VT Producer’s license in Life, Accident, and Health.
