Since joining The Richards Group in March of 2017, Janine Tadakowsky has held multiple roles within The Total Rewards division. Janine has served as a Senior Account Manager supporting large group clients, as Manager of Operations, and most recently was promoted to the position of Director of Operations. In her current role, Janine is responsible for Operations within Total Rewards at The Richards Group (TRG), including the management and leadership of the Account Managers as well as directing the training/development activities within the department.

With over fifteen years of HR & Industry experience, a knack for making meaningful connections, and a deep desire for helping others, Janine uses her skills to educate on best practices and provide tactical solutions which promote employee engagement and retention internally and with our clients. She also assists with technological support for benefits administration platforms and provides technology consultations on other platforms.

Janine graduated from Colby-Sawyer College in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Business Administration. She holds an active NH Producer’s Life, Accident, & Health License and is certified in the Train the Trainer program from UNH. In her spare time, Janine enjoys vacationing with her family and attending live music and sporting events.
