Kelley joined The Richards Group in June of 2018 as an Account Executive. With more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits, Kelley prides herself in cultivating relationships with her clients. Throughout the various roles that Kelley has held in her career, she has worn many hats, leading to her now diverse knowledge of employee benefits. Kelley collaborates closely with her team to meet the needs of clients and to implement strategies in all areas of employee benefits, Health Care Reform, and strategic planning. Her extensive knowledge includes numerous funding arrangements, negotiation of carrier renewals, and RFPs. She is well-equipped to evaluate and prepare recommendations for clients with current products and to propose additional services.

Kelley graduated from Champlain College with an Associate in Science degree. She holds a current VT Producers Life & Health License. In her free time, you will find her spending time with her horse, dog, cat, family, and friends. She also enjoys volunteering at Josh’s house.
