Jennifer Susmann joined the Richards Group in February of 2022. She comes to Employee Benefits with 12 years’ experience as a diligent, detail oriented administrative assistant, knowledgeable of all office functions with superior telephone, customer service and computer skills with proficiency in Excel, MS Word and Outlook.  Jennifer excels at multitasking in a fast paced environment with the ability to complete projects independently within time constraints and with accuracy and is looking forward to bringing those skills to our customers. Jennifer joins our Keene office as an Account Manager and is currently pursuing her NH producer’s license in Accident, Life, & Health.

Jennifer grew up in the Monadnock region, graduating from ConVal Regional HS, as well as earning a B.A. in English from the College of St. Joseph in Rutland VT. She currently resides in Keene with her daughter and their pet fish Ned Fintastic. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys running, hiking, yoga and gardening.
