The Richards Group has been officially recognized as one of Vermont's Best Places to Work and received an award for Excellence in Worksite Wellness.
The Richards Group was recently named one of the 2017 Best Places to Work in Vermont, an award created by Vermont Business Magazine.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Vermont, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.

This award, sponsored by the Vermont Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports and the Vermont Department of Health, honors Vermont employers for innovative practices to improve the lives of Vermont citizens. The award creates a standard of excellence for worksite wellness programs across the state. Award winners have demonstrated an established wellness strategy that provides a health-promoting environment and supports the physical and emotional wellbeing of their employees.
The distinctions were bestowed upon The Richards Group by Governor Phil Scott in Burlington in back-to-back ceremonies, which were well represented by dozens of TRG representatives.
