In-House Claims Management

When a claim does arise, it is important to us that our clients have the best advocacy as possible. Our in house claims management team is led by licensed insurance professionals. Your initial claim submission is overseen by our Claims Management Specialist from the initial submission to the time the claim is closed. Their core responsibility is to advocate for our clients and ensure the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently, they communicate regularly with the Account Executive assigned to your account.

We provide 24/7 claims reporting through our client portal. This functionality gives you the ability to send in a detailed account of the claim and attach any supporting documents to help the adjusters close your claim faster.

While Workers Compensation claims still need to be reported directly to your insurance company, our Account Executives act as client advocates when a serious claim has occurred. Our goal is to get that claim closed as soon as possible to reduce the impact to your Mod.

Our Account Executives provide clients with quarterly claims reviews on all lines. This helps us to identify any problems areas and implement solutions before they become a real problem.
