Antonia joined The Richards Group in October 2016 and works out of our Brattleboro VT location. Prior to joining The Richards Group, Antonia worked as a Human Resources and Faculty Affairs Consultant for the University of Colorado Denver. After spending 12 years in Colorado, she decided to return to Southern Vermont so that she and her two children could enjoy all the benefits that come with small town living.

Antonia specializes in recruiting, employee relations, organizational strategy, and policy & process development. In addition to her role as HR Manager, she is also a member of the our internal Employee Benefits Committee, Wellness Committee & Safety Committee.

Antonia graduated from Boston College where she received her Bachelor's of Arts in Communications. She lives in Dummerston, VT with her two children, Claire & Jack, and their dog Saylor.
