As the impact of COVID-19 has increased around the world and here in the US, we remain committed to being here for our valued clients, colleagues and the community.
Many insurance companies have implemented more flexible payment policies to help manage the financial hardships caused by the pandemic.
In order to help with this process, we’ve compiled the contacts and links to your personal and commercial carrier’s payment and claims pages. In addition, we’ve provided guides, check-lists and federal updates for all.
Within our offices, our priority is to protect the health of our co-workers and to be responsible community leaders. Due to the current health care pandemic, The Richards Group has made the decision to temporarily limit all public interactions at our office locations.
We are limiting all office visitation to the public and instead ask that you call or email for any service or support you require.
All customer service personnel email information can be found on our website and any voicemails received will be checked frequently with all calls returned in a timely manner.
Despite these important safety measures, we remain open for business at The Richards Group, except for face-to-face client interactions. Operations will continue through remote work staff as well as limited on-site staff to serve our clients while minimizing risk to all.
