The Richards Group Select Business Unit (SBU) is an experienced team of licensed employee benefits advisors who work with hundreds of small businesses and non-profit organizations in Vermont and New Hampshire. We practice a “360-degree” strategy that focuses on employee benefits in the broadest sense of the phrase. Our advisors provide unique attention designed to meet each individual client’s needs and we understand the art of balancing an employee benefits program that will attract and retain talented workers but also consider fiscal responsibility and your business's bottom line.

Our SBU provides the support, guidance, and training you need to successfully navigate the ever-changing healthcare reform landscape, as well as other legal and regulatory considerations.

  • Complimentary access to an online platform managed by certified HR professionals that include a library of attorney-reviewed tools, guidelines, and forms
